Sorry ,no russian layout at work…
in pyscripter the program works correctly, but when I try to build it I get an error message in cmd
I attached the files(containing setup.py file which I run in cmd: python setup.py py2exe)

Can you please tell me why I get an error?
and how to make it work..

main module is XMLVersionsProcessing.py

В архиве ничего про это нет равно как и setup.py. Сборка, я так понимаю, получается неполной, если вообще получается.

Problem is solved.
it was issue of MSVCR90.dll . Was need to install vcredist_x86.exe - Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package
When I installed it ,py2exe built successfully the program.
