Кто знает в чем проблема?
Установил django-cms (Windows XP), следуя руководству в документации. Захожу в админку, добавляю страницу и в списке страниц она не отображается, пустой список и надпись Loading…
На главной странице админки страница видна, захожу чтобы редактировать эту страницу, есть выпадающий список с плагинами, выбираю плагин но кнопка Add Plugin не активна.

Может быть дело в браузере? попробуй firefox4.

Разберись с параметром CMS_PLACEHOLDER_CONF после чего заново syncdb
P.S. django-cms - довольно корявый вариант, не стоит с него начинать.
