Beautiful Soup не могу получить тег

Дратути ув форумчане.
Не могу получить таг при парсинге. Чет сколько не искал, не доходит как это сделать

Beautiful Soup не могу получить тег

Или простая задача, или я не правильно понял?
Просто если надо выкусить кусок текста, то самый примитивный способ - найти начало и конец, например так (если надо извлечь текстовый блок внутри тега A):

 mytxt = 'Other text before <span id="msg_2341592"><a href="http://forum.ubuntu.ru/index.php?topic=298667.0;topicseen">Some text information</a></span> Other text after'
pstart = mytxt.find('<span id="msg_2341592">') + 23 + mytxt[mytxt.find('<span id="msg_2341592">')+23:].find('>') + 1
pend = pstart + mytxt[pstart:].find('<')
print mytxt[pstart:pend]
